Before using the Ivorypay Platform (“Platform”), whether via Ivorypay for Business or the Duffle consumer app, you should be certain you fully understand—and can afford—the risks involved in transacting in Digital Assets. Terms defined in our User Agreement apply equally herein.
Digital Assets (also referred to as Digital Currencies) are a digital representation of value that:
- Is not issued by a central bank, yet can be traded, transferred, or stored electronically for payment, investment, or other utility;
- Employs cryptographic techniques; and
- Uses distributed-ledger or similar technology.
This disclosure highlights key risks but is not exhaustive. Always conduct your own research and consult professional advisors before engaging with any Digital Asset transaction.
